Family man Kevin purchased his first investment property over twenty years ago. He continued to buy, refurbish and sell houses on a part-time basis while working nights as an HGV driver. In 2011, he opened his own lettings agency, working with private rentals and the local housing department. With his sons, Stephen and Matthew, and his dedicated staff, Kevin helps run the Lettings and Estate agency side of the business. 

Alongside a successful career in the healthcare industry, Stephen grew his interest in property development from a young age, growing up in a world surrounded by people involved with property in one way or another. Stephen and his brother Matthew completed their first project in 2015, finding a local run-down bungalow, before refurbishing it and selling it on to a very happy buyer. The pair continue to work closely together. In more recent years, Stephen has worked more closely with investors, often Ex-NHS Colleagues to joint venture and fund more projects. The more projects completed, the better for all involved! 

Having qualified as a plasterer, Matthew became the obvious choice in assisting dad Kevin with the Lettings Agency and soon became a full-time employee, branching out into general property maintenance and renovation. With his expert knowledge, network and experience within the sector, Matthew now oversees project management for the company’s property refurbishments, ensuring the process remains as efficient as possible.
